AmeriLife Product Development (APD) serves the insurance industry by bridging the needs of insurance companies and major distribution channels. More than a marketing service, ADS blends product design, benefits, underwriting and profitability into today’s top selling products.
We understand that profitable business is an essential requirement for any company and we have implemented dozens of products that meet client companies’ required returns on invested capital. These products were developed in cooperation with national and regional distribution outlets so that the company’s product goals could be met quickly, while at the same time minimizing start-up costs.
Our expertise in the life insurance, annuity and senior markets allows our clients to profitably enter new markets quickly. Through long-standing relationships with large marketing groups, we can provide access to high-volume producers in multiple marketing channels. This allows companies to select and control the distribution they want and avoid potential channel conflicts with existing distribution outlets.
We can provide reinsurance placement and structured risk transfer arrangements including:
· Quota Share Options
· 95% Risk Pass Through
· Fronting Fee With Recapture Option
This gives us the ability to customize risk tolerance with turn-key support elements.
With annual sales of $2.2 billion in annuities, $175 million in life insurance and $250 million of Medicare Supplement premium, providing the bridge with our partners has proven extremely successful for many companies. ADS is ready to help new companies expand their horizons into new profitable products and markets.
