Katherine Kipka Awarded Branch Leader of the Year for 2009

 

AmeriLife, the nation’s largest annuity, life and health organization on the senior market today, has awarded Katherine Kipka of the Asheville, North Carolina office with the honored Branch Leader of the Year award.

 

Kipka has been with AmeriLife for over 11 years and attributes her success to the company’s extraordinary lead program and her office’s steadfast support. This is the third time she has received Branch Leader of the Year award, earning her first two awards back-to-back in 2002 and 2003.

 

Besides being a top AmeriLife sales agent, as Asheville Branch Leader Kipka teaches product knowledge classes five days a week, orders office support material and comes along side her new agents. Kipka believes in following the company’s proven Four Step Approach Method when training new agents. “I like to build up their confidence right away,” says Kipka “I let them present our products to the customer and then critique and encourage them after the sale. I truly enjoy helping our clientele and mentoring new agents both in the field and at the office.”
